Changes to Night Time Garbage Collection Schedules

Effective November 01, 2009, all garbage, recycling and organics will be collected on the same night.  Notices were sent out by the City to all tenants of Residential Units Above Commercial (RUAC) and Commercial (Business Occupants) during the last two weeks of October.

Collections will take place on Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs, depending on your area.  You can view the map of your area by clicking MAPS.

CITY INTRODUCES A NEW BLUE BIN

In early 2008, Toronto residents will be receiving new Blue Bins for Recycling and new Grey Bins for garbage collection.

Samples of the Blue Bins can be viewed at the Toronto Public Library (George Locke Branch) located at 3083Yonge Street (s.e. corner of Yonge & Lawrence)
